It doesn’t get more Greek than Souvlaki, and while it is a very basic recipe, getting the balance of everything just right is important. I love how versatile this marinade is—it works well with chicken, pork, lamb, beef and fish and you can marinate your meat to BBQ, smoke, bake or fry.

Serve your Souvlaki on Pita Bread Wraps with Tzatziki and the delicious Lemon Oregano Potatoes.
